Carmel Car and Limo Service

Would give zero stars if I could. Booked a van for 8 people, required to pay upfront including tip. The next day they call to cancel telling me van not available but call back closer to travel date to see if it becomes available. Called yesterday speak with 2 different people who both confirm van is available (van also still shows available to book on the website) again charged upfront. 2 hours later get a call to cancel. No van but they will happily send a sedan and an SUV, splitting up our party, for more money of course..... Asked them to honor the original price and they said nope. As of this morning the van is still bookable on their website for our travel date.....

Great experience. Driver arrived a few mins early and took my bags to the car, pulled up so I could avoid a puddle and kept me informed of traffic and our ETA throughout the trip. This is my review and I am awarded $10 Car Cash from Carmel for sharing it.
