        The cuisine is excellent, however, I advise against visiting this establishment. It's disappointing that they resort to single-use plastics for dine-in customers. Such a waste and a reflection of laziness. Dont call your restaurant Terra when you cant even respect Planet Earth. In response to Terras management team: Using compostable dishware for only half of your service is inadequate when there's a viable option to utilize reusable dishes and utensils for dine-in patrons. Additionally, the default use of single-use lids, often unnecessary, further undermines your ecological commitment. True ecological responsibility would be demonstrated by adopting at least the most basic sustainable practices within your control, which are not particularly challenging to implement.

      Hi Sebastien Thanks for enjoying our food! We get your frustration with compostable packaging options; it's been a challenge. Most of what is available on the market is either too expensive or is too low quality. Despite this, over 50% of our packaging is compostable, and we are dedicated to a better food world. We work hard to make great food accessible, and one of our ways to do that is through our style of service and packaging. We also bring other things to the table, like our fully electric kitchen, one of the major steps towards a sustainable future.
