Not all chipotle,s crews, managers are the same. My order on 05/07/2022 at 11h50 am ..was perfect . Chipotle corporation has to work harder and see why certain location with multiple bad reviews has to change or seriously retrain the managers and the crews...one bad fish can make entire franchise in bad reputation... Thank you again to.this location or the crew that perfect my lunch order.....

I ordered online today a bowl with chips and guac on the side. I was sad to find that when I picked up my order and then opened it back in my dorm, there were no chips included. I would have gone back to get them but time did not allow me to do so. This just made my day a little worse and I am upset that they were not careful in fulfilling my order.

This location is currently overcharging and getting away with it because people dont check receipts. Every item I ordered that was on the menu was charged for a greater amount than advertised on the menu.

They wrap the burrito sloppy, cold and you get the wrap wet. They give you small wraps, it looks like it went from a "foot long type wrap to a 6" wrap type" i wouldn't order from this store. They need to be trained. We can't have nice things
