As an investor, I found Victor to be very transparent and accurate in his analysis of the market. He helped me identify 3 properties which we all bid on. After negotiating the price we had two accepted offers and I picked the one he recommended. Upon closing, he rented the place in record time in a soft rental market. Took care of everything from photography & marketing to arranging the tenants moving in. Highly recommended.
