He knows the market and the trends extremely well. He is courteous, on the ball and very responsive in communications. He found a buyer for me in less than 3 weeks and negotiated the price up over the asking price! Does it get better than that?

Damon Kinard helped us solve the problem of how to buy a house in Harlem. We wanted a new place so our teenager could have a bedroom. Damon walked us through the various steps, including setting up a viewing, getting mortgage approval, putting in an offer, the bidding process, inspection, putting money down, and supported us though the board approval process all the way through to closing. He is very knowledgeable about pricing, and he is patient about explaining how to navigate any problems that may arise. He is also a very nice, laid back guy who keeps things calm in the insanity of the New York real estate market. Highly recommended!
