I've worked with many mortgage brokers over the years and I've enjoyed working with Beth by far the most.  She's so smart and was really creative in thinking through with me what the best financing was for me.  She gets great rates, and when the closing was delayed, was able to find a way to convince our lender to extend our commitment.  A pleasure to work with, highly recommended.

Working with Beth was the best decision I made in connection with the recent purchase of my home.  The purchase was part of a number of simultaneous real estate transactions that I was engaged in and there were lots of moving parts, complicated issues, etc.  Beth patiently discussed all of the issues with me and expertly guided me through the mortgage process.  We had multiple lengthy calls in which we brainstormed on the best approach to getting the best mortgage.  Beth is smart, creative, insightful and really knows the mortgage market.  More importantly, she has foresight, is supportive and will be a real advocate for you with the banks.  I started working with Beth in November 2016, as interest rates were starting to rise.  Beth urged me to to submit my mortgage applications on an expedited basis and did all she could to assist me with getting the application together.  I wanted to hold off on submitting the application because I wanted other details of the transactions to be ironed out but Beth really urged me to file my application, even if there was a possibility that my rate guarantee might expire.  My rate guarantee actually did expire and, because she advocated for me, she was able to get the bank to honor the rate initially offered (almost two months after the rate expired!).  The result is that I have a mortgage rate that people can only dream of today.  And it was all because of Beth.   I highly recommend Beth.  I have recommended her to all of my friends and colleagues.  I will not consider working with any other mortgage broker.  Working with Beth would be one of the smartest choices you will make in connection with your real estate transaction.
