Michael was recommended by a family member in the Bay area. At first, I spoke to multiple loan officers to compare rates, but regardless of the rate, none could match how he conducted himself. He was calm, friendly, transparent and I just felt great talking to him. He is extremely knowledgeable and understands the market very well. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision; he was a true partner along the way. Even though he lives in New York and we are in Southern California, he made himself available to meet crucial deadlines. I can't recommend Michael highly enough. He offered the best rates, he was super responsive and communicative, friendly, and walked us through the process from beginning to end. In addition to being on top of everything, Michael also was able to close in under two weeks, and helped 'sell' us to the selling agent/owners. This was the determining factor in getting our offer accepted against multiple bids (two of which was all-cash). Highly, highly recommend working with Michael and his team.
