        WORST Experience EVER!! First of all, the way they operate is that they charge your credit card for the services you will receive. They claim that within 30-days you will get a refund from your insurance. It has been over four months and more than 20 calls between the insurance and doctor's office trying to get my money refunded. All of this for the 1 minute consult with the doctor. I did get a second opinion (with a doctor who charged my insurance directly) and apparently Dr. Burnett failed to see what my real problem was. I am happy I got a second opinion and to feel better. Still waiting for my refund.

        Dr. Burnett is a solid ENT specialist and is extremely personable. The front desk was efficient and the whole process in general was fantastic. Highly recommend.

        Got a same day appointment here for clogged ears. The doctor and stuff were very quick and super helpful. My pain was resolved in less than 5 minutes.
