I went in there to buy gloves. A gentleman named Larry helped me. Look, the stuff in that store is crazy expensive and I dont shop there unless I am prepared to (over)pay. But my dude Larry was so chill and knowledgeable and easy going. He found me an item that was perfect and also on sale. I love that. A super pleasant experience.

ORVIS customer service is great. Their website offers a chat capability and Ive chatted with someone who originally came from Brooklyn! Long story short, Ive ordered a size that is a right size but the fit is too snug so I went to the store yesterday for an exchange. Lo and behold, the size I want is at the store, Danny and Nancy assisted me. They are super nice and very pleasant! In the end, I was able to get a matching hood for the Barbour Belsay Jacket because they had literally just marked down the item and I even got credit back! and by the way, I went to the store before they were closing and I didnt feel rushed at all. It was a great experience.

Orvis is a beautiful store full of gorgeous, super high quality clothes for women and men at very reasonable prices. The quality of everything is top notch and the color palette was far superior to everything else I have seen this season in NYC! Plus, they even have amazing dog toys at great prices too! The whole store is a breath of fresh air in its taste and vitality and the staff is very friendly and discreet. Ive been all over town holiday shopping since Thanksgiving and Orvis is by far the most enjoyable, relaxing experience Ive had! Id call Orvis a real treasure chest if you like high quality, beautiful clothes!!

Nice store mostly for people who like to fish they have great clothes for that And they also sell fishing rods and materials
