The technician came to look at my termite traps, but my cameras caught him playing on his phone instead and management didnt care even after viewing the footage. For years the reports showed only a few of my termite traps were inspected. Now I have proof as to why: laziness and incomplete follow through from management. I used them for 8 years. 8 years ago they were great. Never again will I make that mistake. Stay away from them. Im pretty sure a lot of the positive reviews are paid reviews.

We had a very serious roach problem in this building and these people got it under control they are the best I recommend them to several other people and they thank me for it also The technicians are truly professional and know how to get the job done

I would not recommend such unprofessional company. I will start with exterminator that on an several occasion did not show up like it was planned. Making people taking two times a day off to be able to get an exterminator to come over. Then I would say the customer service over the phone seems also unreliable. When I spent almost a week with one of the agent her name is Tanisha to schedule someone to come except that of course he came not at the time we scheduled but before and refused to wait for me while I left work early just for to be able to let them in. Such a disappointment for a company based in NY but act like a 3rd world country company. Cant wait to look at your competitors
