A small town feel for a big city pharmacy. They know me as a individual and treat me like they value our relationship. Kudos to John, Alex, and the rest of the staff.

I recently visited Village Apothecary, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The level of service and the treatment I received from the staff were disheartening, to say the least. From the moment I entered, it was evident that the atmosphere was lacking in hospitality. The staff seemed disinterested and unwelcoming. I understand that everyone has off days, but the consistent rudeness was truly disappointing. The customer service was not only subpar but downright disrespectful. Simple requests were met with eye rolls and sighs, creating an uncomfortable and hostile environment. It's disheartening to spend money at a place where the staff seems to have little regard for the customers. Moreover, the lack of professionalism extended to the management. When attempting to address my concerns, I was met with dismissiveness and a complete lack of empathy. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Additionally, the overall service efficiency was severely lacking. Orders were mixed up, and it took an unnecessarily long time for even the simplest requests to be fulfilled. It's disappointing when an establishment cannot deliver even the basic expectations of prompt and accurate service.
