Miracle workers! Two years ago, I couldn't lift a carton of milk. Now I'm healthier and stronger than when I was a teen. Paul targets triage areas as well as issues more chronic concerns. Steven is the muscle whisperer. His body work before I use PT equipment ensures I get the most optimal strength-based therapy. When my elbow hurt, after a few minutes of his body work, I was able to lift beyond my own weight! Paul and Steve are easy going, professional, and work with the needs of each patient. They're both very knowledgeable about overall health. They showed me how PT is not just about surviving; you can thrive and work towards long-term wellness. They just opened a new location on 54th St. with top of the line everything, including red-light therapy and high tech equipment. Very clean!
