Delicious ramen, amazing service. The food came out in 2 minutes. The milky pork broth was just perfect, and the pork chasu was unbelievably tender and fatty (as it should be). The dry ramen had a total Italian pasta vibe and I loved it. The waitress was extremely attentive and her cheerfulness was contagious.

Good ramen place but be aware that the tip % displayed on the terminal is calculated after sales tax which is improper. This is an option in Square so it is under their control and it might have just been a default. I hope the owners will notice my comment & do the right thing and fix this.

I had the spicy pork ramen. The broth was creamy and very opaque, black oil and chili oil was delicious. Chasu was delicious with its marinade. The noodles were flavorless, like empty flour straws but are a good vehicle for the soup. Only half an egg too.

Jun-Men Ramen Bar was a wonderful restaurant! The staff were extremely kind and the food was spectacular. I loved the spicy miso ramen, highly recommend a visit to eat here!
