Michael is a consummate professional who knows the market like the back of his hand and gets the deal done efficiently. I can say he is one of, if not the, best in Manhattan. We had a narrow time frame in which we wanted to move. We explained to Michael what we were looking for, he took us to see apartments that ticked all our boxes and we found the perfect apartment very quickly. We strategized our bidding (as another buyer was about to enter contract) and got the apartment without overpaying a cent. Before going to contract, he had also arranged for us to talk to other building residents (other happy clients of Michaels) to get a feel for life in the building. That was our first apartment. So when we needed a second apartment for my Mother, I knew whom to call to get the best deal and make it as smooth as possible. Through his connections, we saw the right apartment before it was even listed. Again the timing was right and the price was right. Ive worked with brokers where I feel like Im doing a lot of the work and spending a lot of my own time and stressing. Not the case with Michael Franco. He and his team make sure everything is covered. Thats why hes a top real estate agent.
