If I could give more stars I would, but 5 is at least the minimum I couldve given for Chase and Fran at this location. The hospitality was absolutely insane. I felt like a family member walking into the store and left making one of the best purchases of my trip. I was truly in awe of how amazing the staff was and how knowledgeable they are with the product. I would highly recommend going into this storefront and receiving the best help from these amazing people!

He was as cold as ice! I love Timberland and I buy Timberland all the time. I walked into the Soho location for the first time today. The associate at the front of the store hardly answered my questions as if I was imposing on him. No hello, no welcome, no offering to help and no good buy. Nothing at all. He had his nose and his head up in the air so much that I was about to say to him to watch his step and not to fall. What a pity! I walked out without buying anything and walked right across the street to Guess which I was received with warmth and had a great shopping experience. A little humility and professionalisim will go a long way.
