My experience at The White Gown couldn't have been better, mainly thanks to Emily's help! I was 99.9% sure I had found my dress during my first appointment, but Emily encouraged me to check out other options before making a final decision, which I really appreciated. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. The vibe at The White Gown is unlike any other bridal salon I visited it's cozy and personal, which made me feel so comfortable. When I came back to officially say "yes to the dress", Emily and her manager were there every step of the way, making sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this place and to request Emily if you're looking for your dream wedding dress!

I cannot express how grateful I am to have found the White Gown. Wedding dress shopping was consistently stressful and anxiety-inducing for me until I set foot in this store. The vibes, music, and energy in this store are so positive, welcoming, and feminine. Emily was a heaven-sentthe most diligent, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuine salesperson I could have asked for. She seemed to understand my vision better than any other person I had worked with at other stores, but was never pushy or convincing. Unlike other stores, the White Gown had almost every dress on the wishlist I curated from their website and Emily had actually gone through it many times beforehand to understand me and my vision. Also, they didn't have an unreasonable fee to try on dresses, and I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. Emily and Nella helped me find my dream dress and made the experience one of the best days of my life. I'll forever remember this day, thank you guys so much!

WOW, where do I begin... if I could give more than 5 stars I would gladly. I purchased my dream dress from an online retailer 5 months ago + sadly they informed me (3 months before my wedding) that they are unable to get the dress I ordered. As a panicked bride, I began calling anyone and everyone in the US that carries or could carry Watters gowns. I spoke with Harlow first and he answered all my questions very sweet and matter of fact, which I appreciated given my experience prior. I didn't have too high of hopes until Laura, the manager, called me to let me know she would happily look into options for getting me my dream gown. After many calls and back-end work on her part she was able to locate the dress that I have been obsessing over! + this dress will be well in my hands a month + before my wedding. 100/10 would recommend this salon to EVERYONE. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!
