my furnace broke,went down to 5 degrees overnight,i called them the next day,they came right out,fixed it in a few hours,thank goodness as the temps are going to be in the single digits all week!

Dom saved the day!It was a cold night in February,around 9 pm, when I came home to find my furnace had stopped functioning while I was at work. A bit flustered, I tried getting through to the "big guys" that cleaned my ducts and performed a tuneup a couple of weeks earlier. After a couple of failed attempts at getting through, I spoke with a representative that informed me they were unable to attend that night and I'd have to wait until the next day for a service call. That nearly sent me over the edge of sanity, not knowing how my cat and I would make it through the night. Being new to the area I didn't know who else to call so I called my Realtor and had a meltdown. He calmed my nerves and put me in touch with his long-time, trusted heating guy, Dom Mitro.Dom and his brother were at my house within ten minutes to assess the situation. They quickly determined the problem but needed a part to fix the furnace that couldn't be gotten until morning. Hesitantly I turned over a key to my home to this stranger, packed an overnight bag and my cat up, and found alternative accommodation for the night.The next morning, just as promised, Dom had the furnace functioning like new. And he didn't even charge me an arm and a leg! I was so pleased with Dom's professionalism and warmth.I would highly recommended Dom Mitro, without a shred of doubt, to anyone in the area  for their heating and a/c needs!
