        I live there for 8 years and she didn't want to renew my lease because i fell on hard time .the Manager Mary Obrien is racist and the maintenance men is trash they only patch up things instead of fixing the issue the first time.

        I lived here back in 2018 and the landlord was absolutely the best landlord I have dealt with. Completely professional, accommodating, and I got my full deposit back minus the required cleaning fee (which I think was around $60 at the time and was disclosed before I rented). The neighbors at the Saint Johns Parkway location kept to themselves and I never had an issue. I would have kept renting from them if not for the fact I had to move due to personal circumstances. If you have reservations about renting from them then I recommend you give them a chance. They didnt yank me around like some other landlords have.
