        Overall an okay bank. I don't know if their process for transactions is different than other banks, but sometimes the service can be slow.

        My brother and I had to make a quick trip into NY from Canada to get some documents notarized. Even as walk-ins without an appointment, we were greeted right away and served quickly. Joseph was friendly and professional he went out of his way to help us and was very thorough. Thanks Joseph!
