        Restaurants are closed at lunchtime. Employees talking to each other behind the caged in stalled eateries. Strange layout in lobby to escape closed Restaurants. Way overpriced and overrated. Should not be a Sheraton/ Marriott franchise. Concierge ? On break. Management ? Imaginary. Marble tile lobby floor ? Uneven and a definite tripping hazard. Parking ? City of Niagara Falls ripoff practices. Ownership ? Not USA. Canadian with strange approach to Hospitality. More of a trap than a relaxing destination. Should be charging this place a recovery fee for psychologically damaging experience. Why not ? Multiple miscellaneous fees are theeee..... specialty here at 'Sheraton at the Falls'.

        i stay here every year. this year the hotel looked great. very clean. everything was in perfect upkeep. it was very nice Nearby activities: great area Safety: area is cleaned up and safe with normal precautions Walkability: easy walk to all of the attractions
