Andrew Clemen: Allstate Insurance

I was just assigned Andrew as my Allstate Agent & I called to let them know they are to far from me and I needed someone closer. They were so understanding & took time to fine someone closer to me. They were so pleasant on the phone & made me feel very important, its a shame they are not in area. I highly recommend them.

Andrew Clemen's office is notoriously unresponsive, both Andrew and his staff. We've called several times over the years and he has NEVER gotten back to us. We recently had several months issue with a direct pay when an expiration date change. We immediately called Marsha from his staff and made the changes but apparently she never made the change. She would take the information again, take the payment from the account from the card, but AGAIN never documented it in our records. I have since changed agents. I believe Andrew and his staff to be an unscrupulous bunch and I highly recommend you do not do business with this office. I can't begin to write all we've been through from this office.

Agency used to be owned by family...now it just still feels like family! Always there to offer advice or help!
