Andrew Clemen: Allstate Insurance

Beware they do not advocate for their customers. They dont answer or return calls. They cancelled my insurance plan because of a missed payment, and never once called, but responded they sent a letter in the mail. I am a single Mom juggling 4 jobs and a business, its 2024, Pick up the phone and call me before you cancel me, I had driven for 18 days not knowing my kids and I werent covered. Only to discover I had a lapse when I needed to file a claim. Then had to turn my plates in for 18 days and not have a vehicle with all my jobs and my kids to get to school and sports. After being with this agency 20 years the level of incompetence is appalling. All it would Have taken was one phone call. Thank God I didnt have an accident in that time. Do not trust this agency.

The Niagara Falls Allstate Agency has been totally professional. I could not be more happy with their service.

They lowered the coverage on my roof that is 14 years old and when i tried to reach out to them, three times, I got no answer. They are aggressive on their answering machine saying if you leave you more than one message you'll be kicked to the back of the line. Still haven't heard from them and it's been 5 months. Will be looking elsewhere.
