Not a complaint about their work. But short sighted business. They told me clearing the drain in the tub and clearing the toilet, which are two drains that tie in together, is two separate jobs, two separate rates. Five minutes each to clear them. Overcharge your customers a few extra bucks today, lose customers for good. Not the best plan. I work in a parallel field so Im asked for plumber recommendation often and Ive been recommending them to people for years, and using them in several rentals, but Ill be using someone else for now on.

They arrived promptly and corrected the issue I called them about. They have been the business I've used for at least 20 years. The charges were in line with what I anticipated.

I've been utilizing HW Bryk & Sons for all of my plumbing, heating, and cooling since 2020 and they have been an amazing company to work with. Incredibly kind team that knows what they are doing. I couldn't be happier with the services they have provided for my home. I would highly recommend them.

They were at my house twice this month for two different reasons. First of all when you call Tom Warren is absolutely wonderful. He listens and understands what you need. He worked well with a home improvement company. I had doing work at my house. Employee Joe had to come to my house and do extensive plumbing work. He was wonderful Did a lot of work for what I feel was a very fair price. Had a different issue today and Brian came, and he was every bit as good as Joe. Again, Tom was wonderful to me on the phone. I highly recommend this company to anyone for plumbing needs. I cant say how much I appreciated them and was very thankful for their professional work.
