WellNow Urgent Care

We've been using WellNow for over a year and have seen a rapid decrease in service and won't be going back. They've majorly screwed up our account and "forgot" to bill our insurance and never sent us a bill before it got turned over to collections. They also created another account for one visit using a middle name instead of the first name so further screwing up the insurance. We were told, TWICE, that they were fixing this but they never fixed it before sending it to collections. Now we are stuck because insurance won't pay because the bill is in the wrong name but the collection agency can't correct the name because that's how WellNow originally titled the account. On top of that, our last visit we were put in a room and after 45 minutes, we stepped out to ask when we'd be seen. That's when they realized they forgot us.

Be prepared to be stuck for hours nearly2 hrs to get into the room and another hour so far once in and still nobody.

I had an appointment for this location at 2:40, I arrived and checked in at 2:25. I went inside at around 2:45 to double check that I did the process from my phone correctly which I was told I did and there was 3 people in front of me which was fine. I went back out to my car to sit and wait for the text to come in. They were busy inside, so I understood maybe I'd have to wait an extra hour because things happen but by 4, I was still sitting in my car waiting for my 2:40 appointment. I left and went home because at that point I was so completely over it. I got a text at 4:18 to go into the building but by then I was already home. I understand that things happen, so I try to give the benefit of the doubt but to be waiting and not get seen until almost 2 hours after your appointment time is super frustrating.

Your place on NF Blvd was amazing!! All your work staff were VERY ATTENTIVE, kind & friendly The secretary helped me fill out application on my phone. For as sick as I felt, coming in...the whole staff jst made me feel better & smiling on my way out God Bless you ALL! **I went to the "urgent care" on Military Rd prior to coming to your facility. They were uninterested in ANYTHING to do with--URGENT CARE!!! I'm STILL VERY UPSET by the way I was treated there. No one needs to be looked down upon & treated with zero regard & blatant disrespect as I was there! SHAME ON THEM!! But I will refer YOUR office to any & everyone! Thank you for you kindness & treating your patients in a professional manor!!
