I was able to purchase a trailer from them that was in superb condition for the price! Very easy to get in contact with if I ever have any questions/need assistance. Everyone Ive been in contact with is amazingly friendly and super helpful! Maintenance is always around fixing things and making the park look better every day. The thing that stands out to me the most is that all the people Ive met and spoken with that are a part of this company, actually CARE about the people and the properties. Amazing company!!

So, these guys bought or trailer park and have done nothing but raise rent twice, and installed water meters so that they can charge us for the usage. All they care about is making money and not doing anything to maintain the park. My neighbors furnace quit in the middle of the night on a weekend and we had no idea who to call for an emergency plus our road is in very bad shape full of potholes and only getting worse,. But, as long as they keep nicking and diming us ontop of making up charges they don't care about anything else. Will update if the road ever gets paved.
