        Evolution Real Estate and Renovations is the best way to sell your home if you're living on Long Island. The process was super easy and no pressure. The best part was the Flat Fee to sell the home which saved us a lot of money compared to the traditional 6% commission that most realtors charge. I can't thank the team enough! for selling our home. Their photographer captured our home so beautifully and our house sold after the first showing! If you're thinking about selling your home Evolution is the way to go!

        Evolution is top notch. A very professional, knowledgeable organization. Evolution is ahead of it's time as the real estate industry shifts to online, flat fee vs full commission realtors. Samantha is extremely helpful and very responsive. This is the way to go. My next property sale will go to Evolution.

        Was purchase a home never got hoa paperwork ask from beginning and reality had loan paperwork then costed us 3000.00 in due diligence money from not inform us that bank didn't approve manfactri home so lost money and trust.
