I am definitely disabled,I had a quote from this guy and he shook my hand, the quote from him was $1400.00 He never did finish the work.

My wife and I used Bob's Towing the other day because we really needed a tow for our car to be fixed. Bob was very polite and helpful and worked well with us. His crew got the job done with him quickly and also kept our car safe. Bob also gave us advice on how to handle the reimbursement through the dealership that we were having the vehicle towed to due to a recall issue and we would highly recommend using Bob's Collision and Customs very affordable and friendly service. Along with everything above I know Bob's does winch outs as well. I have used him many times and it's always been a very professional and easy experience. I am amending my rating as per contact with the owner 29 August 2023 at 14:28 and a discussion relating to the number of stars in rating's unintentional negative impact on an otherwise flawless rating. I assumed Bob's had completed the work in good faith and I was still looking forward to posting those images of the completed work. I want to thank Bob's Collision and Customs for getting in touch and benefit of doubt. I hope this doesn't effect his professional conduct and or his original quote. There was no malicious intent in a lower rating. I have complete faith in Bob's Collision & Customs or I wouldn't have gone there! This was my fault. I had assumed that a simple handshake and quote from Bob's Collision & Customs was a done deal , but if Bob's Collision & Customs needs to back out of the agreement I'll understand. This job does require the best of the best. A honest handshake and straight forward talk is all it took to seal the deal. My original review is as follows and remains valid: All I did is show up and I received the estimated cost of repair. Very polite. Bob's Collision & Customs gave a fair estimate in consideration the amount of damage. Still waiting because he's been looking for parts. It's going to take two days to repair the damage. I plan on posting those before and after images when the job is finished if possible. Thanks again Bob's Collision & Customs. 9/21/2023 Update: Gave a quote of $1400.00 to repair, contacting me only when given a negative review, and he didn't stand behind a handshake agreement. He said that he'd complete the work. Then he broke a deal. Plain and simple. I've given Bob's Customs & Collision the benefit of doubt and they have not given reason to justify a five star rating. Intimidating me on the phone doesn't effect his rating in a positive way.
