Countertop Creations

Getting a new countertop installed in place of an old one is a real chore. But Frank and his installer, Ron, rose to the occasion! Frank worked with us right from the initial laminate choice... a special selection that would take longer to make and ship. As soon as it arrived, our counter was done! Ron and his assistant were thoughtful, careful, well-prepared. Their install was one of the finest pieces of workmanship I've ever seen. Hire these guys. You will NOT be disappointed. As you can see in the before and after, we really needed a new countertop. The blue fomica was awful. We got an estimate from another company first. To replace the countertop with a more modern looking laminate and expand to fit a dishwasher, they quoted a price over $4000. This did not include hooking the plumbing back up, which they said would cost an additional $700!! I called Countertop Creations after that. I sent measurements and described what we wanted. They came and measured and quoted $1300 for the job. They also said they would install the new dishwasher and do all the plumbing work as well. Total price tag: $1920. There was a small scheduling misunderstanding, but they made sure to get us on the schedule the next day. The installers were professional, on time, and flexible. They made a new wastewater drain for the dishwasher and hooked up all the plumbing and electrical. You can see the finished product below. There was also need to modify our windowsill and floor, but they took care of all that. Unfortunately we had to wait a while for installation because of supply issues, but that can't be held against them. All in all, I can't recommend Countertop Creations enough. They're awesome.

This is what customer service should be! These guys are the real deal. They are responsive, personable, and take the time to work with their customers. While they had to jump through a few hoops for us, (sorry) they were always patient and jovial. they just wanted to know how they could help us. It was a genuine pleasure working with them and I would recommend them 100%! You will not be disappointed. Service: Retrofitting
