Exceptional Exteriors Roofing & Siding

I hired Exceptional Exteriors to redo my roof. They were excellent to work with from beginning to end. Daryl and his team worked hard to get me in their schedule quickly as I had an active water leak in my roof that was damaging a bedroom ceiling. Their crew showed up on time, and worked for 10 hours straight to complete the job within a day. They cleaned up all the debris in the yard and even replaced parts of the carport trim that had broken off. They also spray painted one of my roof vents so that it looked better and didnt charge me for the second dumpster they had to rent because there was so much debris from 4 layers on parts of my roof from previous homeowner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for roof work!

Exceptional Exteriors replaced our roof, gutters and replaced our wood for vinyl siding. The price was fair and Jessie was very easy to work with. The work was done in a quick and satisfactory fashion. I would recommend them for future projects.

After fielding a number of overpriced siding estimates, I finally found Jessie at Exceptional Exteriors, who quoted me an affordable price for residing my home. Jessie and Shawn and his crew did an outstanding job, completing the project in a week--as they said they would--and making sure I was happy with the results. I'm thrilled! I highly recommend the company.

When Jesse arrived to discuss the siding estimate for my house, I had a two-page punch list of other items I wanted to address in addition to replacing the siding. The list included things such as removing the brick skirt in front, squaring off the garage door opening, removing gable vents, installing new storm doors, and replacing a side door into the garage with a window. I think he was a little surprised by the list of additional work, but we walked through everything with me and said hed work with his boss to come up with an estimate that included all the work. When I received the final estimate, I was happy with the detailed cost breakdown and the very reasonable grand total. I also liked the type of siding they used, Charter Oak, since it was higher quality than other brands Id looked at and offered many more color options. So, I happily accepted the proposal. Jesse was a real trooper from start to finish and stayed in touch with me about any changes or issues. He also provided me with some examples of buildings that used the siding colors I was considering so I could see how they looked before I made my final choice. I really appreciated that since picking a color for a whole house can be a bit stressful. Once the siding work began, I was amazed by how fast the work went. The siding crew was at the house by 7 AM every day and stayed until it started getting dark, taking time to clean up the site at the end of every day. The crew was outstanding, working very hard and reaching out to Jesse quickly whenever they found any issues uncovered by removing the old materials so the project could stay on track. As a result, the job was done in five days! Many neighbors have given me a thumbs up on my new blue house, and contractors working on other projects for the house have also commented on the excellent quality of the work. So, I am very happy with the finished product and happy to recommend Exceptional Exteriors to anyone in the market for new siding. Here are before and after photos of the house!
