I couldn't attend the First night celebration due to Covid. I asked if I could receive a refund 5 days prior to the event. I was told yes I could get a refund. As of January 9th with several emails I've yet to be refunded. When I try calling the chamber no EVER answers the phone. Very frustrating coming from Saratoga

Judy & I just spent three wonderful days in Saratoga Springs at The Saratoga Arms . The concierges helped us greatly. The staff pleasant and rooms clean and comfy. Breakfast from two different chef’s , excellent. We strolled around town shopping, eating and even out to the off season tracks. The track security guard was very helpful. The food and people at 30 Lake make for a great dinner experience. Cooked just the way I like it. Amazing and yes the Carrot Cake is that good. One night we went to Putnam Place and saw/ heard Dopapod. Nicely set up music venue where the staff works really hard. The crowd at the event was into the music. Really I cannot say enough about the wonderful time we spend in Saratoga Springs. Thank You so much

Had a very pleasant experience recently chatting with the very kind gentleman answering the phones. He was very helpful and patient with me whilst answering all of my questions!

Great group of people that really care about Saratoga County and making it grow! From small, like single owners , to large companies they are there for you. The Saratoga County Chamber has really helped members as well as non-members during our current pandemic. Thank you for all you do for saratoga County!!
