Chase Bank

Went into the bank to add my husband to my account. Woman in the office said I needed an appointment but there was no one in the bank and she had no one in her office. Next appointment was several days away and I would have to come back. She told me to go to another branch. Not helpful and would never come back to this branch. Stay away from this branch if you actually want thoughtful service

Only one banker works at this location, so not able to get anything done that needs a banker via walk-in at this location.

Love Chase. They gave me a great interest rate for my mortgage and even gave me a tool box when I closed. They were very helpful during the process and would definitely recommend. However; I cannot recommend this location. My girlfriend often runs in before going to to the gym next door but one day my car was booted by Alex and Son Inc.. The truck driver extorted me out of $70.00 to get it removed. I understand now the landlord for this property clearly does not have his tenants best interests in mind. Moving forward I will avoid this Chase location and advise future tenants not to rent here.
