        This Accountancy is deplurable. I recommend you go elsewhere if you've anything more complicated than a 1040EZ. We contracted LMI to prepare our Federal and State taxes on Febuary 23, 2023...we were promised completed work on; (actually prior to) April 5th...six weeks later I was mistaken for someone else and accused of not remitting necessary docs which were uploaded to the LMI portal during my Feburary visit. I still have no tax prep and cannot access my documents since the receptionist now avoids my phone calls...emails get the same attention as tax preparation...NONE
