We had a terrible experience with Advocate. Extremely unresponsive, terrible service and charged us 40% above market rates. They are an insurance broker but view the insurance companies as their customer not individual households or businesses. Luckily there are other insurance brokers who are much more customer centric.

I have been with several insurance brokerage firms over the years and have never been even close to as pleased as I am with Advocate Brokerage as they are several notches above the others. I insure multiple properties through Advocate. The Advocate personnel understand my needs, are attentive, extremely responsive, and completely user friendly. In fact, I recently had an issue with my insurance carrier and Denise Koslowsky (in particular) went to bat for me and resolved the situation in an extremely positive manner. I say without equivocation that I am extraordinarily pleased with Advocate Brokerage and highly recommend them to all.

We use Advocate for all our insurance needs - homeowners, auto, flood, umbrella, etc. I've found them very easy to work with, responsive and professional. They are always very clear on the options and features of the policies, and the process has always been nearly seamless with them. Will continue using them for the foreseeable future.
