Cant rate this place highly enough. The coaches are excellent, no ego, all about the right way to train. My kids attend classes and they love it and I train in the adult sessions. All participants in the kids classes and adults are very respectful and want to help. If you considering coming, just go, youll love it too!

I've been going for about 5-6 years and love it. The variety of the workouts always keep it new. The trainers are amazing and always always available to help. The head instructor, Anthony, is always trying new ways to make the classes engaging and try something new. We decided to sign up our kids, and they love going. Over the 2-3 years they were going, we love the growing confidence they developed.
