Doing business with Mike Wilson was a 12 out of 10!!! He under promises and over delivers which is greatly appreciated!!! If you are in the market for a Rolex or any of the other brands that he carries, he is a first class guy who will always do the right thing for his customer! I came in to Wilson's on Saturday afternoon and I was politely greeted by the gentleman at the front door before Wendy approached me asking if she could be of any assistance. I had an incredible experience speaking with her, as well as the owner, Mike, who was nothing short of accommodating, helpful and extremely personable. Mike took my Rolex Day-Date 40 in the back room to remove some links, while Wendy kept me company, told me about the current state of the Luxury Time-Piece market, and informed me of the changes Wilson had undergone in the past few months. The overall experience was fantastic. The store ambiance isn't only stunning, but the customer service is what sold me. I will most definitely return. Thank you Wendy and Mike, you two are incredible.
