I highly recommend Hampshire Apartments!! I moved to Hampshire Apartments 3 years ago after selling my local home. It was a perfect move for me. Paula is amazing to work with, always helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The maintenance staff is friendly and always willing to help, especially Dean and Ashley. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. The buildings are clean, quiet and cared for. The pool and exercise room are added bonuses. I'm very happy here!!

I have lived at Hampshire Apartment going on 3 years this year. This a professionally run complex. The grounds is always well landscaped and the snow removal is always right on. The pool is always well maintained and the complex has a quite professional setting. It has a small gym, laundry rooms in all three buildings and small conference rooms for private meeting. My 1 bedroom apartment is between 700 to 800 square feet. It was clean with fresh paint and new carpet installed when I moved in. It has new appliances and comes with fridge, stove and microwave. Heat and Hot water is included. Paula the building manger is thoughtful, kind and very good at her job. Whenever you approach her with a question or issues, she has the answers. Dean the building maintenance personal is resourceful smart and very knowledgeable about his job. Whenever I needed something repaired it was taken care of right away. I enjoy living here and have no plans on moving anytime soon.

I highly recommend the Hampshire Apts complex, it is a most beautiful place to live for young people, and anyone, for professional people. It is extremely affordable, and you will live in luxury, as if you are in a hotel with a pool and the workout room, and everything all the amenities that you may need, the garbage disposal is within walking distance, and very clean and well-kept the halls, the building the premises the landscape everything is just 100%. You cannot miss out on living at the Hampshire Apts. If you are looking for an apartment, make sure you go to the Hampshires and Paula will make your stay most wonderful. She is an incredible, calm and caring person and very kind. . additionally, the laundry facilities are gorgeous brand new, clean, and easy to use..
