The people who work in the rental
Office are just horrendous. Jennifer the property manager is like a old Crow who flys around and does nothing. Beware of her and renting here. Terrible place.

they DO NOT return calls, emails, website emails, impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone. new mngt took over around Jan 2023 (lexington apts or regal) its Aug 2023 now still trying to get my issues resolved to no avail

Worst place to live. All the 1 star reviews and comments are 100% accurate. DO NOT LIVE HERE. My kitchen light has been out a while. Bedroom door wont close or lock. Fridge is leaking. Dishwasher is falling out of its cavity. Just trying to get into the apartment is a hassle. I will post that picture here. But that alone should be a red flag. Tr other resident said they lived here 7 years and they wont fix it. Talked to another resident who said they had been complaining for weeks about mice and no one is getting back to them. Ive left messages and emails and no one gets back to you. I have so many picture to show but I will just post the one I mentioned. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE LADY WHO HELPS WITH THE APPLICATION. She will be available and super helpful until you sign the lease and then she will literally avoid you and not answer any of your questions or concerns. Terrible terrible management. Oh not to mention inconsiderate neighbors just throwing things from the top floor. My dog got so sick I cant even let him out anymore. See that picture too of what they threw in my little area.

THE WORST COMMUNICATION SKILLS OR LACK THERE OF! I have reached out to them several times to inquire about availability and have received no response! Literally no one answers the phones or responds to emails. Dont bother wasting your time. I can only imagine what its like to get anything done in your apartment if needed considering whoever is in charge doesnt respond!
