Ferri Bride

Horrible experience. BTB tried on several gowns...she treated the bride's party disrespectfully..pitting us against each other. Felt like a low class 'self service' mass merchandiser. When we left... we crossed this 'shop' OFF our list to return to. So glad they are closing...thereby sparing other B'sTB of bad service. Good luck to any customers who are still tied to this low class outfit. Hope you get what you paid for!

Found my wedding dress at Ferri Bride and it was such a fun and exciting experience working with Eva who was super knowledgable and really nice. She was patient and helpful and my dress was actually one I didn't think I would like that she pulled for me. I put it on and absolutely loved it! Thank you Eva and Ferri Bride for finding me the perfect dress!

The most amazing experience! Eva took great care of us. She's a great listener, helped us find the dress and shared ideas on how to make it one of a kind. The location is convenient and the atmosphere was wam, calm and welcoming!

I had been to many other stores in the capital district, before I finally found Ferri. The staff at Ferri were so accommodating and helpful. The girls who work there were wonderful and made me feel so special. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my special day! I used them over 5 years ago for my wedding dress and I was so impressed with their customer service and how they made me feel like I was "part of their family". I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dress for their special occasion. Top class staff work here, they know their stuff! Such nice people. Thank you, Ferri!
