        I purchased an expensive Thermatru door from this company. The installation did not include a touch-up kit. During the last four weeks, I have repeatedly asked for assistance but they have been irresponsible and unresponsive. I regret ever having done business with them. The absolute worse customer service!

        Doesn't look like much but the owner was extremely helpful with our researching storm doors and flooring. Good selection of floor samples of both to help with choices, and his guidance on pricing was much appreciated.
