Most racist judges, and they hide the truth, abuse thier discretionary powers 100 %. They will bring this country to its knees one day, by forcing the higher power to destroy their lies and abuse.

In my opinion and personal experience I seriously feel bad for the judges, parents, guardians, and clerks who work here who have to deal with this place on a daily basis because the lawyers (LIARS) love to bully, harass and intimidate parents and guardians from speaking the truth or letting the truth of their cases be known to the judges and honestly if I was a judge I would abolish all lawyers so the parents and judges could take care of business the truthful and legal way like it was meant to be in the first place. To be brutally honest it also doesnt matter what side your on since all the liars (LAWYERS) all favor the wrong side so us good decent parents that take care of our kids get treated like we are criminals. This is the ways the system breaks families down & apart from each other and doesnt help them to get back together again. Yes I was able to prove these (LAWYERS/LIARS) were straight up lying in the court and they are afraid I will do it again since (LAWYERS) have been trying to bully, intimidate and silence me for over a year now!

This is the worst court house ever removed my childern from me gave them to someone who abused him allow for them to be bit by Pitbulls then kick them out once they turn 18 sent them back to me

Schenectady system is corrupted they work with each other this is not bout the kids best interest after everything I been through that I can prove I can say more but I don't feed off of it alot of families are divided and they don't understand the affect of the children especially for fathers they have rights like a mother people are blinded and are racist in America were they do favor, or make assumptions and can do anything to waive your rights just a word of mouth until you know the law and state the facts wether your fighting for your kids I have trail coming up with the same judge who didn't let me speak on petitions but was assuming apposing parties petitions that was granted which was lied on, (to be in jail for 6 months) if I violate an order, didn't let me speak on my behalf even when you are aware of petitions alot of the attorneys have a relationship with each other and hide all evidence to prolong a court matter it's all about money and power and that's why we need to bring the system down and do our research to be better parents in general wish me luck I am a mother of 4 and my kids don't deserve this toxic cycle!
