Super friendly and professional staff from the front office to the tech person, to the dentist. I called as a new patient and they took me right in. I highly recommend them it's a very warm and embracing atmosphere.

Great experience yesterday. I as very concerned about major tooth reconstruction and possibility of losing my tooth. Due to their expertise the tooth was saved and will around for many more years. They also tolerated my nervousness and anxiety during the procedure.

God Awful. I had gone here because a small piece of an old filling came out. Dr. Manar Aldjaei repaired the filling so much I could no longer floss that tooth. The 2nd visit she ground all the material out again and redid it. A few days later I called into the office and asked if “another” dentist could look at my tooth as it was very sharp on the edges and food was getting caught in it. It was an awkward visit, the older now retired dentist looked at it and advised Dr. Manar Aldjaei on how to correct the issue. After another long and painful visit of grinding out the 2nd botched filling attempt I was assured it was good but told I may have to use a waterpik to clean between my teeth??? I know why she said that now, because there is a GAP there and food is constantly getting stuck. Sometime later Donna from the office called and tried to setup my cleaning appointment and I explained to her the issue I was having and asked if I could make an appointment with ANYONE but Dr. Manar Aldjaei. She was not sure and said she would call me back. 3 weeks go by and I never got that call. I called back and spoke with Donna who advised they would gladly setup an appointment for me at the Green Island location but would have to pay for any service I received there or return the Schenectady office and let Dr. Manar Aldjaei take a fourth look at it. Good luck to anyone who goes here. here is the follow up: I got a call from Donna on 4/10 after I left this review, she was going to call the regional manager to get their input and get back to me. 6/3 I placed a follow up call spoke with Donna she wanted me to talk to the Dr. who repaired my tooth three times. I said I was not interested in another appointment there again. She offered to set me up with an appointment w/ the Green Island office and I would get a call. 6/29 I received a VM from Sandy. 7/6 I called the office back and spoke with Donna again she said Sandy was on the phone. She was going to have Green Island call me back to set an appointment to look at my tooth. Mid-August I went to another provider and am happy with the service.
