Hi Mag, this is Glenn Schworm. I'm really sorry you didn't feel as though you had enough value to justify the $59 you invested to attend all 3 days. We pour ourselves into all of our students each day to give you incredible value in so many areas. Did you not feel that with everything we provided and trained on? You mentioned you are "not guaranteed success", and that is 100% true in Real Estate Investing and in life in general. You get out what you put in. Remember my theme all 3 days? This is not a get rich quick scheme, this is hard work! but...It's WORTH IT! :-) As far as the funding we offer our attendees, that money (if people qualify for it) is provided to all of our students to use if they want to for anything from Gap funding for your deals, emergency funds, start up capital, etc. It is only to show you you have it available If you want it to give you the confidence that you have funds behind you. We covered that in great detail if you recall. I am not sure if you applied to work with us but if you did and were not accepted, I am sorry. We can only accept a certain amount of new students each event because one of our core values is Excellence - We give our best to every student every time. I know in life we can't please everyone so my apologies for not exceeding your expectations for the $59 you invested. If you really think it was not worth it please send us a message and we will gladly refund it to you as a sign of good faith. We wish you nothing but success in the future!
