I ordered chocolate apples to ship to a loved one for his birthday and they were beautiful and delicious! However, the service for the whole experience has been less than ideal. For one, I provided his address as the shipping address but the apples were shipped to my billing address instead (so I know they are delicious). I have tried contacting them about the issue, but havent heard anything. I also never received a confirmation email or tracking number initially when I placed the order. I appreciate the quality of the product and the challenges of running a small business, but I now have these apples I did not need and I have not heard anything about a refund or them shipping new apples to the correct address.

I have bought melting chocolate 3 times and each time I have been charged a different price. First $12.99, then $22, now they are telling me $15. I first inquired the Latham location to which I was told that chunk chocolate was not actually sold and whoever sold it was doing me a favor. They then went on to say that whenever they do such a favor, they charge whatever the market price at that time. The people I have spoken to have been rude and unhelpful. Krause's makes everything so easy and they are kind, and welcoming. I won't be patronizing Uncle Sam's any longer after being a loyal customer for 20 years. I cannot recommend Krause's on Central Ave enough. The quality is on par if not slightly better, but the people are just wonderful. Service still matters.

Quaint little shop with delicious formulations of candies. knowledgable and helpful staff. If you have physical challenges, you can use the entrance ramp. Prices are reasonable for the quality and deliciousness you get. Y ou cant buy a new Cadillac at a used Yugo price.

Didn't have marshmallow candy Easter eggs. We buy them here every year. Didn't have them this year. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp
