Definitely would recommend these guys. Quick and professional work. Gave a fair price from the very start with a complete breakdown of HOW they got to that price. And at the end of the job there were no surprises. I would call these guys first if you ever need plumbing work

Appointments were honored completely and the plumber truly cared that the needed work be done well. The boiler/furnace presented some ticklish issues which were resolved.

Not very pleased. Failed to disclose that he was going to charge a service call fee on the phone (we were actively declining anything except free estimates but its also on us for not asking). Immediately quoted $8000 on the phone for a full service water line replacement. Came out, looked around and jumped it to $9k. Stated he would look into the city diagrams for official final quote and when it came in it was for $12,500! Its like he could smell our desperation as the city was going to send a notice regarding the supply line leak. Still we declined and found a company that quoted the original $8000 and they did a great job. Ill pay the service fee only because I never want to deal with this company again. Highly suggest if they keep jacking up their verbal quotes to just steer away. Theyre only looking for a pay day.
