We hired Renata as our doula for the birth of our baby girl very soon after I found out I was pregnant. Already knowing Renata from her other businesses and knowing in advance how amazing she is, it was an easy decision on wanting her as my doula. To say that she exceeded my expectations is an understatement. We met every trimester to talk about everything from nutrition to breastfeeding. She has a background that not only supports you during the birth but everything before and after. Her nutrition background, her herbalism background and her doula background make it so you are supported as a pregnant woman, mother and supports your baby. She provided us with a ton of recipes and valuable information. If I had any concerns she would make it a priority to find me the answers that would help me and put my mind at ease. I went into my birth more confident because Renata was by my side. She built a relationship with my husband and myself that made it so I was surrounded with positivity and love during the birth of my daughter. They worked as a team to make sure my needs and wants were met. For her to be able to sync so perfectly into our lives during such a vulnerable time was such a blessing. She was with me, making sure my baby and I were safe and honored on the most important day of my entire life. For that I couldnt be more grateful. She is smart, professional, knowledgeable, kind and gracious. The help didnt end at my birth either. She has continued to be a support system for me postpartum which is something we frequently lack as women at such a vulnerable time. Renata, I couldnt be more glad I asked you to be our doula. Thank you from every part of my being for the role you played bringing my daughter into the world but also bringing me into the world of motherhood.

Choosing to incorporate Renata and her doula services, as well incorporating her knowledge of Ayurveda and herbs really transformed my last pregnancy. We connected over post partum doula services, this was my 3rd baby, and I knew I was having a section so I thought that's where she would be most helpful. What an underestimation of this person. She was incredibly kind, supportive and responsive throughout my entire pregnancy with everything from pregnancy safe teas per trimester, helping me find the right foods to be satiated and keep my blood sugar in check to sending me funny TikTok's and helping me laugh. I felt like I could rely on Renata and that she really cared about me, my family and our positive outcomes. When our baby arrived and needed NICU care she was in close touch with us, keeping up with his updates and my recovery. Once we were home Renata could really work her magic. She supported my entire household most importantly by giving my big kids a friend. She kept them safe, fed, entertained and put them to bed so I could tend to the baby. When she was done with that she washed the bottles, loaded the dishwasher and chatted with me like a girlfriend until my partner came home from work. She meal prepped me delicious food tailored to increasing my breast milk supply and my ever evolving hormones. Eight months later we continue to work with Renata, our children adore her and she is brave enough to hang out with all 3 boys so my partner and I can connect. Her services were and continue to be a priceless investment in myself and my sanity.

Renata is truly an amazing person. She honestly cares about her clients, no matter what the cause is. She puts her whole heart and soul into everything. If she is unsure, she will do massive research to better understand it then educate you on it! I saw her only a few times but made an incredible connection. She helped me understand different health issues that I didnt understand. She helped me realized which foods to focus on that are the best fuel for my body. I booked a 3 session holistic service with Renata and we connected instantly. She has a very down to earth and warm personality and I felt comfortable sharing my health challenges with her. She gave me a wealth of information and knowledge, about my individual self, what foods my body needs, and some amazing healthy recipes to get my health on track again. She inspired me to focus on making my health and wellness a priority.
