When I needed my basement inspected for potential issues with cracking in the floor, Keith responded to my request immediately. My previous inspector, when the house was purchased, had deemed it passable and required a radon reduction system be put in, but never suggested measures that would ultimately fix my issue with Radon. Luckily I had Keith and his years of experience not only as an inspector, but a home builder himself. I cannot recommend him enough as he has provided a plan to fix the structural deficiencies and provided my family with peace of mind. 10/10

We were purchasing a second home (condo) Keith agreed to do the inspection. He was professional and knowledgeable. The condo had many issue which some were hidden. Keith founded all the issue and saved us a ton of money. I would definitely use his service again
