Great hotel for our group! Clean, great amenities, great location (food close by) to other areas of interest nearby, not just Scotia.
Juan was amazing with our group, helped us get rooms and was patient and professional during our stay. He ensured we had everything we needed and

Nearby activities: Aquarium nearby, close to Schnectady and attractions in the area.
Safety: Felt safe at hotel and the surrounding area.

Rooms: I have stayed here multiple times, and the rooms are always clean and fresh.
Nearby activities: There is a small plaza right next door with some conveniently located shops to make this stay perfect for someone with limited transportation. There is a diner, a Chinese restaurant, a liquor store, a laundromat, and a Dollar General just a few steps away.
Safety: I had no concerns for my safety or the safety of my things while I stayed here.
Food & drinks: Breakfast is served every morning, and everything seems fresh and clean. The menu is pretty basic with an option for everyone. They had cereal, muffins, fruit, eggs, sausage, waffles, and breads and spreads. I liked that the staff was readily available and cheerful to help in the am if anything was needed.
Noteworthy details: The woman at the front desk was so welcoming and kind each time we visited. She always goes above and beyond to make us feel at home and to make our stay enjoyable. Best customer service!

Outstanding place to stay! Most hotels have a pleasant and clean lobby, and rooms which look more or less lived in. This hotel had a perfectly nice lobby, but as we made our way upstairs we were struck by how fresh and well maintained everything was. Our room was exceptionally clean and very cozy. Tasteful photos of local nature and architecture adorn the walls instead of hideous, generic non-art. The fitness center is well appointed, and overlooks a nice little pool. A hot breakfast is provided in the morning, and every staff member we encountered was warm and genuine and competent. The room finishings were lovely and all the furniture appeared new. My husband always checks for bed bugs and found that every layer of the bed looked brand new as well. The bedding was also very comfortable and we slept well! We recommend this hotel.
P.S. The hotel is located in a skeevy-looking parking lot featuring a Dollar General. Don't let this deter you because the hotel really is excellent.
