A Plus Heating and Welding

Our heat went out and we called a "big name" company for an emergency call on a holiday. Upon arrival, they did "rig it to work," but we were told our boiler needed to be replaced ASAP and we were quoted $13k for the replacement and install. It seemed really high, but we didn't know who else to call that was reputable. A co-worker gave me Ernie's number. He came out the same day with is son. They confirmed what the big company said about needing a replacement, but were much more honest about what was wrong. Ernie was extremely kind in speaking with us, knowledgeable, and his quote was significantly more reasonable for a replacement boiler and install. Ernie and his son were able to fit us in their schedule within a week and Ernie even checked in a few days later to make sure we still had heat (which I thought was so considerate!). They came and installed the boiler quickly and efficiently and were very tidy! We couldn't have asked for better service and quality work, and for a much more affordable price tag than the "big company." I'm writing this review because when I looked up Ernie's company I saw hardly any reviews and wanted to share our excellent experience in case anyone else gets his name "through word of mouth" and looks him up! APlus Heating has earned a lifetime new customer here.
