        Absolutely horrible service. Have to get router replaced once a month because connection just mysteriously drops and theres no solution haha. Would happily switch companies if they werent the only option around. Highly recommend any other company if you have the option and even then youd be better off rubbing two sticks together.

        We made an appointment via Customer Service. Were greeted promptly on arrival. Carlie spent 90 minutes with us and expertly facilitated the purchase of two new phones and transfer of all apps and information. She was efficient and courteous. Couldn't ask for better service.
