Very rude and poor customer service. My fiance bought my engagement ring there when it was owned by someone else and he called because he wasnt sure if it had changed owners. Staff member was all annoyed on the phone. Well, you just lost thousands of dollars because my fiance was set in buying our wedding bands there. Never again.

I received my ring from Roberto at Norman Vincent. The ring came out perfect and my fianc loves it. After visiting four other location. Norman Vincent offered me the best price (saved thousands). Roberto was very accommodating and took care of all my need and wants for the ring to be just right for such a special occasion. Highly recommended.

I have bought a stackable ring trio set and now two Louis Vuitton bags. Absolutely exceptional service.
